Property Flood Resilience Code of Practice Standard Three Training - 2026 and 2027 Upcoming Intakes (RICS)

Designed and delivered by CIWEM & Partners and commissioned by the Environment Agency, Property Flood Resilience (PFR) Code of Practice Standard 3 (CoP 3) training is part of the CIWEM comprehensive suite of PFR training. This training provides a unified understanding of the PFR industry and establishes competencies for those delivering PFR in accordance with the Code of Practice (CoP) for PFR.

The CoP 3 modules provide the appropriate training and information to allow the attendees to successfully identify and consider suitable PFR strategy/options for the property and end user. The training aims to equip the attendees with the knowledge, skills and confidence to consider the different PFR strategies and options taking into consideration the findings from PFR Standards 1 and 2. This will include providing the attendees with the tools to undertake a Cost V Benefit analysis and provide clear advice to the client on the different strategies.

The cost of the course is £245.00 + VAT = £294.00.
 

The course is self-paced e-learning via the CIWEM Learning centre with a written learning reflection exercise. By taking part in this training, you will also be invited to attend one of the three PFR yearly round tables. 

This training has a learning time equivalent to 8 hours (including module learning hours and a learning reflection exercise), and you will have four months' access to the CIWEM Learning Platform from the course start date. We will issue a certificate of completion if you complete the course successfully. Please note this course will NOT count towards the Property Flood Resilience Industry Training and Specialist Register for Professionals.
