Presenters
Dr. Gabriela Dotro - Chair of the Constructed Wetland Association and Director at NbS Future. With over 15 years of experience working with UK water utilities and the Environment Agency, Dr. Dotro has led numerous projects implementing wetland technologies across the UK, including pioneering work on aerated wetlands and French-style wetland systems.
David Naismith - Senior Associate Wetlands Consultant at Mott MacDonald with over 20 years of international experience in wetland engineering and restoration. His expertise spans constructed wetlands for wastewater treatment, habitat creation, and river restoration projects. As an active member and former committee member of the Constructed Wetlands Association, he focuses on advancing technical excellence and promoting sustainable wetland solutions. Dave has contributed to numerous projects across the UK and internationally, implementing best practices in wetland design and management for environmental enhancement.
