W e came together as a mentoring group in the Women in FCERM mentoring programme to work on our confid ence and how to get ahead as early career professi onals. We used various tools and techniques to sup port us and they were so effective we now want to share them.

\n This session is
especially targeting other early career profession
als but many of us can struggle with effective com
munication so everyone is welcome.
\n We will focus on a couple of networking tool
s: planning for your event and mastering your lift
speech.

toring programme group\, with representatives from
JBA Consulting\, Environment Agency\, North Kent
Marshes Water Level Management Board\, WSP and the
WiFCERM Committee.
