The concession rate applies to individuals and organisations that clearly work from limited budgets in the public, academic or voluntary sector. If you have any questions about eligibility please contact [email protected] or call 0207 831 3110. 

++ Student rate: Please note students are required to provide proof of student status (i.e. valid university student card). Please bring this with you and present it at the registration desk on the day of the event.

+++ Group discount: If you are booking for a group of 3 or more delegates, please contact [email protected] for a discount code prior to booking. Bookings need to be made in one transaction.

From 1 August 2016 we will no longer accept payment via invoice and therefore the ‘pay later’ option has been removed from our checkout page. Payment for events must be made at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card. We would like to thank you for your continued support and hope that you find this transition smooth and problem-free. 

Payment via invoice may granted in some exceptional cases. Payment by invoice may be requested by emailing [email protected] with the booking details. Please note bookings for all CIWEM events require agreement to payment terms and conditions. Please note all events and training bookings where payment is taken via invoice will incur a £25.00 (+VAT) administration fee
