This event is open to both members and non-members. It is essential that you register your place through your MyCIWEM account. If you have not registered through the CIWEM system before and do not have a MyCIWEM account, you can create your MyCIWEM account on the booking page. This should not take more than two minutes. Please do not create more than one account, as this can result in booking issues. Also ensure that your MyCIWEM primary email address is the one you wish us to use for all correspondence about your bookings, as all communications about your bookings will be sent to this email address.

Bookings are only confirmed once you have answered and saved the mandatory questions and proceeded to checkout and then clicked the "proceed & submit" in the cart after which you will receive a confirmation email.  

Please contact Barbara Woods at barbara.woods@ciwem.org if you have any booking queries. Should you be unable to attend the event after booking your place, please let Barbara Woods know so your place can be allocated to another delegate.

Please note that bookings close 24 hours before the webinar starts. Instructions of how to join the webinar will be emailed to those who have successfully booked their place on this webinar before the event commences.

Terms and Conditions

Please take some time to read through the Terms and Conditions before registering for an event.


From 1 August 2016 we will no longer accept payment via invoice and therefore the ‘pay later’ option has been removed from our checkout page. Payment for events must be made at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card. We would like to thank you for your continued support and hope that you find this transition smooth and problem-free. 

Payment via invoice may granted in some exceptional cases. Payment by invoice may be requested by emailing events@ciwem.org with the booking details. Please note bookings for all CIWEM events require agreement to payment terms and conditions. Please note all events and training bookings where payment is taken via invoice will incur a £25.00 (+VAT) administration fee
